Drake’s allows items to be returned for a refund or exchange subject to stock availability within 14 days of receipt of goods
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in salable condition (in their original packaging or equivalent with all tags and labels still attached)
Per distance selling regulations, we do not accept returns on the following items: underwear, swimwear, socks, and custom items (unless it is faulty or a Drake’s error)
Refunds can only be made to the card used for the purchase of the order
Drake’s will not refund return postage or pay any import charges on returned items unless they are faulty or a result of our error. Any items with unpaid customs will not be accepted
Drake’s offers a sale-price adjustment on items purchased within 24 hours prior to the commencement date of a sale. Please contact Customer Service

Please then fill out the returns form that was included with your order - indicating which item(s) you would like to return, whether you would like a refund or exchange, your reason for doing so, and enclose it with the item(s).
Please package up your item with the returns form and clearly mark “RETURNED GOODS” on the package to prevent any potential customs charges. The return address is:
